THIS SOUNDS EXPENSIVE...IS THIS AN UPSELL?

Unlike other brokerages we believe that the fees that we earn within our competitive standard commission are more than enough to do our job as realtors and also offer you these services and items.  These items are not an upsell but included in our commissions fees. Our fees are not increased to include these services or items as well.

DO I GET EVERYTHING? WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The services we offer to ALL clients (no questions asked) are: professional cleaning services for both the sale and buy properties, full moving services (with boxes and bins), and legal closing costs covered. Now, according to if you are selling and buying with us and the amount in %commission we earn, we are able to offer you more of our services and items.

CAN I ASK   FOR ITEMS THAT WEREN'T LISTED?

Yes, if we are able to provide these to you in a professional, cost effective way we will definitely ensure you receive them. This isn't our first rodeo - we're prepared to handle all circumstances and situations from the buying, selling, and investing side of things.

CAN I PAY SEPERATELY FOR THESE SERVICES?

Yes. If you would like to purchase this items or services from us, we offer them all at cost discounted price to our clients. Our goal with our transition services is not to generate revenue - it's a genuine added-value service. It's a reason to choose mytownhome for your next buy or sell!

ARE YOU SIMPLY REFERRING THE SERVICES? 

We don’t just refer you. These services are done in-house, no outside contractors - this is part of our team and we ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction. If you think we are simply givng you a name and number to call, you've misunderstood! We are taking the work off your hands; the entire process is designed to be seamless and enjoyable... this is why we are the best!
